Mandatory registration night is taking place November 3rd.
Registration night is mandatory! We understand your time is important so we have redesigned registration night to better fit your schedule. We will be offering 3 registration sessions, please feel free to attend whichever one is most convenient. Registration sessions start at 6:30, 7:00, & 7:30 PM
When you arrive you will be directed to an auditorium for a brief meeting. The meeting will include coach introductions, what to expect this upcoming season, and how to use Team App to improve your family’s experience as archery club members.
After the brief meeting you will be directed to several tables where you will be able to sign up for volunteer activities, pickup your archers arrows, learn about fundraising activities, and complete any unfinished registration paper work.
We know your time is important. In order to speed along your registration process please preregister your archer by going to our Team App store and purchase your archers membership before registration night. Please, also bring your calendar. You will be given the opportunity to signup for your required 4.5 hours of volunteer time on a first come first serve basis.
